MSG – MHART SINGLE GARMENT
Handling and sorting system for hanging garments in single mode.
MSG is entirely designed, produced and manufactured by MHART.
MSG consists of several components that can operate both in stand-alone and integrated modes according to the design requirements of configuration.
In order to standardize the components both at mechanical and electro-mechanical control level and ensure a full versatility in use, all MSG systems have been designed and manufactured with same components, except the Handling unit (Pin, Clip, Comb, Sorter).
Pin Conveyor: TRASPORTATION AND SORTING
It is a motor-driven track used for linear transportation of hanging garments, both on horizontal and inclined flats.
Pin is a fixed transport unit attached to the chain that allows a linear transportation of garments, by sliding hangers on the polyzene profile.
This solution does not include accumulation systems but only transfer and unit sorting, if required.
PIN conveyor can be loaded both manually and automatically.
The system is designed to operate in a Stand-Alone mode or to be interconnected with other single-headed transportation systems.
CLIP CONVEYOR: TRASPORT, ACCUMUlation and SORTING
It is a motor-driven track used for linear transportation of hanging garments, on both horizontal and inclined flats, and their relative accumulation in a Power & Free mode.
Clip is a transport unit that allows unitary transport as well as accumulation management of garments.
The garments can be accumulated thanks to the clips that can slide freely on the hangers when these are retained by a stopping device (stopper). This characteristic makes the CLIP conveyor a Power & Free conveying and accumulation system.
Clip Conveyor can be loaded both manually and automatically.
The system is designed to operate in a Stand-Alone mode or to be interconnected with other single-headed transportation systems.

SORTER CONVEYOR
It is a motor-driven track primarily used for punctual sorting of hanging garments to target destinations.
The sorting unit consists of a hook attached to the chain carrying an individual hanger maintained during the entire transportation (tracking) to the computer-assigned sorting point.
Sorter Conveyor can be loaded both manually and automatically.
Sorting takes place laterally through the use of automatic switches (both right and left) that allow the crane to leave the track and enter the accumulation line or transit on another handling unit.
Comb Conveyor
It is a motor-driven track primarily used for transportation and accumulation of hanging garments in Start and Stop mode.
The transport unit consists of a comb-shaped device. Its distintive characteristic is that it allows to place a single hanger between teeth in order to avoid cross hanging during transportation.
Accumulation can be done in Stand and Stop mode, for example, by advancing the conveyor step by step, thus allowing a progressive accumulation of garments.
Comb Conveyor can be loaded both manually and automatically.
The system is designed to operate in a Stand-Alone mode or to be interconnected with other single-headed transportation systems.
