M4V – MHART TROLLEY SYSTEM
A system for overhead conveing of Trolley on aluminium Y profile for handling both hanging garments and flat garments on baskets (in bulk or in containers/packs).
M4V is entirely designed, produced and manufactured by MHART.
It can be configured for operation both manually and automatically. The system ensures an absolute safety for operators and for transported goods. The special shape of aluminum profile prevents Trolley from accidentally falling from handling line.
RAILS
Rails are anodized alluminum guides on which the trolleys slide that can be managed both manually and automatically.
In Manual mode: the operator pushes trolleys along the guide so it moves horizontally.
In Automated mode: the tracks are flanked by motor-driven lines for the horizontal and vertical movement of the trolleys.
SWITCHES
Switches are the points where trolley rails connect to one another and allow trolleys to change flow and direction.
They are bidirectional: the same switch of the plant allows to move Trolleys in both directions.
Switches can be three ways (M3Vie) or two ways (M2Vie), the latter also can be either manual or automatic.

M-CONVEYOR
M-Conveyor is a motor-driven system mounted in parallel to trolley tracks, which is used for trolley’s automatic horizontal and vertical movement.
It is a 40×40 mm anodized aluminium track with a polyzene guide for low-friction sliding of the drive chain mounted inside of it.
The conveyor can be managed in simple mode of transport or as trolley sorter both for hanging garment units and baskets.
TROLLEY

The trolley consists of two V-shaped forks connected by a bar to support the garments. It ensures full adherence to the rail for safe handling (the trolley cannot fall off the line and can only be removed from it at predefined points).

TROLLEY WITH CAGE
The trolley with cage is configured for transportation of folded garments and/or boxes/cases, using the same platform of the Trolley for garment on hangers.
The trolley with basket be used in a dedicated or mixed handling system and can be structured with:
Fixed cage: suitable for horizontal handling only.
Cage and single vertical junction: suitable for both horizontal and vertical handling
Cage and double vertical junction: suitable for both horizontal and vertical handling and ensures 90° rotation of the basket.
